Wall Mounting Enclosures

Material :
• Body : 1.5 mm mild steel for enclosures with a depth of 260 mm or enclosures with a depth of 300 or 400 mm, or if a height or width 1000 mm or greater. All make 1.5 mm to 800 mm height & width. 2 mm above 800 mm & height & width.
• Gland plate : 1.5 mm CRCA steel.
• Gasket : Sealing is ensured by an 20 X 3 gasket products.
• Body : Folded and seam welded. Four 10 mm diameter holes for wall fixing. Presses out in 16 mm diameter X 3.5 mm depressions to allow air circulation around the rear part of the enclousre.
• Door : Surface mounted with 90° opening. Concealed removable hinges with captive pin. Hinges can be mounted to allow left or right hand opening.
• Lock : Standard single glip for easy opening of the door. 90° movement. 1000 mm high enclosures and above have three point locking. Other inserts are available as an accessory.
• Mounting plate : All sides from 800 mm and above are strengthened by folded edges. 10 mm single folded all side and adjustable in depth by steps of 25 mm.

Gland Plate Opening : Situated at the far bottom of the enclosure to make cabling onto the mounting plate easier.

Glass Opening : As per proporshanate of box / panel.
Protection : Complies with IP 55 / 56.

Finish : Our standard 7035 : Colour As per your requirement.
Lock : 2 nos. standard locking system.
Earthing : All panels are earthed through doors and panel body through separate earthing stud.
